About Three Lolas

Lola in Tagalog (a Philippine language) means grandmother.  And in our family, I consider three of my Lolas very special.  So Three Lolas Bake Shop was created to honor these three important women in my life.

With Three Lolas, I want to share my favorite sweet (sometimes, savory) merienda or snacks from my childhood and memories living in the Philippines. 

Mixing traditional recipes and foods while also creating modern twists with the Philippine ingredients and flavors we know and love.
